As founder and managing director of Lepa & Ghiassian Holding GmbH, we develop innovative services and business models together with our portfolio companies — in digitalisation, artificial intelligence, adult education, security, and business support services. Our aim is to help companies work more efficiently, foster growth, and strengthen their competitiveness for the long term.

One particular focus of my career lies in the security industry. Here I have many years of experience in security management, close protection, surveillance, risk assessment, and the development of complex security and organisational concepts. I combine this expertise with modern technology and digital solutions in order to support companies as a whole.
